Contractor Training Program Information
The New Jersey Schools Development Authority remains committed to increasing the active involvement of small, minority, women, and disabled veteran-owned business enterprises in the State's school construction program. The Authority proudly conducts a dedicated, in-house, Contractor Training Program designed to assist and promote small business entities throughout the State of New Jersey. The program is free of charge to all small, minority, women, and disabled veteran-owned businesses in the State of New Jersey.
General Program Information
The New Jersey Schools Development Authority’s (NJSDA) Contractor Training Program is a two-day program designed to develop, strengthen and expand the working relationships between small New Jersey business firms and the NJSDA. The program's focus is to help better prepare small, minority, women, and disabled veteran-owned businesses to work with the NJSDA and other State entities and to provide guidance on how to find, bid on and potentially be awarded government contracts; or become part of a project team as a subcontractor. In addition, the program concentrates on helping small businesses initiate, fortify and advance a set of core skills that are crucial to operating a successful and profitable business. Sessions for this two-day program will be held in person.
Participants will benefit from a business instruction curriculum in a variety of subjects.
