This page displays all of the administrative rules (also called regulations) adopted by SDA, and all of SDA’s pending proposals for rule adoptions. This page also refers to regulations of the New Jersey Department of Education that affect SDA operations. SDA shall regularly review and update the information on this page on a quarterly basis, and when rule proposals or adoptions are approved for publication..
SDA invites the public to submit comments about administrative rule proposals for adoption, readoption or amendment. SDA maintains a mailing list of persons or entities that request to receive notice of SDA’s proposed rule activity.
