Advisory: Public Comment Being Accepted by New Jersey Schools Development
Authority on Proposed Regulations for Section 13e Delegation Agreements
The New Jersey Schools Development Authority (NJSDA) has filed the following proposal for publication in
the June 5, 2023, New Jersey Register:
- Amendments to rules codified at N.J.A.C. 19:34A Section 13e Delegation Agreements
The rules proposed for amendment address the eligibility criteria and process for capital maintenance projects to be delegated to an SDA school district by the Authority, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:7G-13.a. The notice of proposal can be viewed on the Authority’s website.
Members of the public may send in written comments concerning the proposals by August 5, 2023, via the Authority’s website or via the mailing or email addresses contained in the notices of proposal.
