Advisory: Public Comment Being Accepted by New Jersey Schools Development Authority on Section 15 Grant Procedures
The New Jersey Schools Development Authority (NJSDA) has filed the following proposal for publication in the September 5, 2022, New Jersey Register:
- New rules at N.J.A.C. 19:32, Section 15 Grant Procedures
The new rules proposed for adoption at N.J.A.C. 19:32 address the Section 15 Grant Procedures rules that govern the SDA’s continued administration of the grant program for non-SDA districts, which funds the State share of the final eligible costs of qualifying school facilities projects in non-SDA districts, pursuant to Section 15 of the Act. The notice of proposal can be viewed on the Authority’s website.
Members of the public may send in written comments concerning the proposals by November 5, 2022, via the Authority’s website or via the mailing or email addresses contained in the notice of proposal.
